Earnest and I wish to express our sincere appreciation to you, the staff and administration of Murray Medical Center, for your extraordinary professional and personal care recently. After Earnest's foot injury, we came to our local hospital for treatment. The receptionist, radiologist, nursing staff, Mitzi Hennessee, and Dr. McMillin were skilled and thorough in their work. Further, they took time to explain their procedures and findings. Beyond that, they were attentive to the patients’ and my questions and concerns. Hospital Administrator, Jim Hazel, also visited with the patient, giving helpful explanations and encouragement. Mr. Hazel has obvious confidence and pride in his outstanding hospital staff. Earnest left the hospital with prescribed medication, a splint, crutches, an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon, and confidence in the arrangements made by Murray Medical Center staff for corrective surgery. We are indeed thankful for the positive experience with you. You helped, instructed, and comforted us in this time of pronounced need. You have won our enduring appreciation and confidence. Dear Jim,

I was recently at Murray Medical Center as n outpatient on two occasions for some tests that my doctor, Sarah Polow, ordered. I am so pleased to tell you of how my visit went. I was treated with such kindness by the staff. On the first visit, Jessica Nix and Angie Blaylock took care of me. They were extremely helpful by explaining everything and trying to expedite the procedure to make me as comfortable as possible. On trip two - Angie Blaylock again expertly took ultrasound readings. Again, she treated me with such care in a difficult situation. She even made sure my results were faxed to Dr. Polow extra quickly. I am proud to tell you that all you told our Leadership Murray groups the past two years - I found to be true and accurate.  Murray County is fortunate to have such a place as Murray Medical Center. Keep up the great work - it is appreciated.
