(Chatsworth, Ga.) — Gallup conducted a pulse survey with 30 percent of employees at each hospital in Adventist Health System, including Murray Medical Center, to assess their feelings about the workplace. A pulse survey is an assessment designed to quickly attain insight from employees to address work-related topics and employee needs. The target was to receive a mean score of 4.47. Murray Medical Center exceeded this target with a score of 4.63, which was the highest score in all of Adventist Health System.
“We are extremely proud to have scored so highly on the Gallup pulse survey,” said Karen Steely, administrator of Murray Medical Center. “It’s an honor to rank first in this area out of our entire health system, which encapsulates so many exceptional hospitals.”
